If the authentication code is not displayed or registration is not successful even after scanning the QR code on the screen using an RFC6238 compatible authentication application, please try the following.
- Check that the authentication application you are using is one of the applications recommended below.
- If one of the recommended applications does not work, try another one.
- If an account (Mirai Translator) you have used before remains in the authentication application, such as a trial service, delete that account (Mirai Translator) and try again.
* Use with "Mirai Translator" displayed multiple times in the authentication application is not recommended.
