This may occur if the profile screen takes a long time to load and the script causes an error. Slow loading could be due to a temporarily high load on the server or a temporary delay along the network path.
The screen data that resulted in the error will be stored in the cache, so the garbled screen may continue to be displayed even after the high server load or network delay is resolved.
Try clearing your browser's cache.
