If the user management screen or profile management screen becomes disorganized, try the following.
- Logout from Mirai Translator
- Clear the browser cache
- Restart the browser and log back into Mirai Translator
If the problem is still not resolved, try the following.
- Try removing any browser add-ins and extensions (if configured)
- Compare your settings with those of another user that is not having any issue
