The procedure from applying to use the service to actually using it, is described below.
Administrator user
Once your account has been prepared, we will provide administrator account information to the administrator user indicated on your application form. This will be provided as a PDF file ("Service Information").
The administrator user must then sign in for the first time.
- Access the login URL contained in "Service Information"
- Enter the email address and password contained in "Service Information"
- When the set password screen is displayed, enter a new password
- When the sign-in screen is displayed again, sign in using your email address and the new password
* If "403 Forbidden" is displayed when accessing the login URL, refer to the following resource.
If you chose to use two-factor authentication when applying, the following screen will be displayed after signing in.
Refer to the following resources to configure settings and sign in.
Once you have signed in, you will have access to all administrator user functions.
In order for another user to login, the administrator user will first need to register that user on the user management screen.
Users can be registered either individually, or by creating a file to register information for multiple users at once.
When the administrator user registers a user, sign-in information will be sent to that user's email address. For information on signing in for the first time after registration, refer to "Users other than administrators" below.
Information on functions requiring administrator permissions can be found in the Administrator Manual, while information on functions available to all users can be found in the User Manual.
